Japan has registered 76 new PPP (plant protection products), two of them have Brofalanilide as main compound. This insecticide has been registered for the first time in Japan.
Brofalanilide and Fluxametamide are the only actives under IRAC group 30 whose mode of action (MoA) relies on insect neurotransmitter inhibition.
